Employee & culture

A place where every engineer ships something on their first day.

Owned by the people who write the code.

We hire people who are kind first, and talented second.

A place where designers and engineers sit at the same table.

Every employee talks to a customer every week.

A remote-first team across twelve time zones, with no meetings before ten.

A place where anyone can propose a feature and build it.

Four-day weeks, so our best work happens in four days.

We pay every engineer the same, wherever they live.

A team where asking a question is never a bad idea.

A place where junior developers learn from the best.

Every bug fix gets the same credit as a new feature.

A company where support staff can become engineers.

We write down every decision, so no one is left out.

A place where shipping something small is celebrated.

Open salaries, open roadmaps, open books.

We take time off seriously, and so does our on-call rota.

A place where every engineer owns what they build, start to finish.

We hire for curiosity and teach the rest.

A team built by its people, not its org chart.
